I want to thank Tom and Ed once again for providing excellent service. I brought my vehicle in today because I noticed I had a nail in my tire. Their bays were full and they were busy working on other vehicles but they still took the time to take care of me. I took my fiancee's Mustang in to get some suspension work done after she slid on an icy road and bumped a curb. I originally took the vehicle to Goodyear right around the corner from our home because the alignment was out pretty bad and it was not safe to drive far. They were not able to completely fix the issue and wanted me to bring it back another day so they could continue looking at it to see what else was going on. I was not impressed or confident with their ability to fix the vehicle, so I did some research and decided to give Churchville Service Center a try. I made an appointment with Tom Jackson and stopped by to have his guys take a look at the vehicle. In about 10-15 minutes, his mechanic John had the vehicle up on a lift and brought me into the garage to go over his findings. He was way more knowledgeable and thorough at diagnosing the issue than Goodyear was. I received a quote from Churchville which was cheaper than what Goodyear quoted me and Goodyear had not even identified the full scope of the problem yet. I worked out scheduling with Tom to come back to get the repairs done. Tom was respectful and courteous the entire time I worked with him. The repairs were completed in 1 day and the vehicle drives like new again! I am very satisfied with the workmanship and customer service at Churchville Service Center. I would highly recommend them.
